Where to Find Me
I currently offer massage at WELL BHM in Mountain Brook, which is open to the public, and at the Country Club of Birmingham, where sessions are available to members.

First things first, there's no need to be nervous. We'll start by talking about what brought you in, any areas you'd like me to focus on or avoid, and your preferred pressure. Your comfort is always a priority, so you're welcome to ask questions or request adjustments at any point. Every session is tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

If you wear a bra, I ask that you remove it so I can work on your back. Whether you leave your underwear on is entirely up to you. Many clients do, and many don't.
Professional draping is used throughout your session, with only the area being massaged uncovered. We'll discuss any questions you have about clothing and draping before we begin so you feel comfortable and at ease

Your comfort and privacy are always respected. Your breasts, genitals, and gluteal cleft remain covered and are never massaged.
I may recommend working on your gluteal muscles or upper chest muscles when appropriate. I'll always explain why and ask for your permission first. You're welcome to decline or change your mind at any time.

Not at all. My focus is on how you feel and what you need, not on your weight, body hair, or appearance. Bodies come in all shapes and sizes, and massage is for every body. You do not need to worry about being judged here — my goal is for you to feel comfortable, respected, and at ease.

This is your session, and you set the tone. You're welcome to be quiet and drift off, letting your mind and body settle. If conversation helps you relax, that's welcome too. Some people prefer silence, while others enjoy chatting. Either way, I'll follow your lead. You can always speak up if you'd like more attention to a particular area or want to adjust anything during your massage.

That depends on what we're trying to accomplish. There is a place for productive discomfort when we're working to relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, or restore more comfortable movement. However, discomfort should always be manageable, never something you feel you have to endure.
A relaxation massage has a different goal: calming your nervous system, encouraging your body's parasympathetic response, and allowing you to deeply relax.
Neither approach should leave you feeling overwhelmed or in pain. We'll discuss your goals beforehand, and you can always ask me to adjust the pressure or change our approach.

Many people leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more comfortable in their bodies. You may notice less muscle tension, easier movement, or simply a wonderful sense of calm. Occasionally, you may experience some mild soreness, particularly after deeper work. Everyone responds differently, and I'll help you know what to expect based on your session.

Gratuity policies vary by location, so first check whether it’s included in the price. If it isn’t and the location accepts tips, 18% of the massage price is a good starting point. Some people choose 20% or more when they’ve had an especially good experience. The amount is always your choice, and you can ask the location if you’re unsure whether gratuity has already been included.
